Delete Your Account
Permanently delete your YouPractice account and all associated data
This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to proceed before requesting deletion.
What will be deleted
- Your account profile and authentication data
- All practice session history and scores
- Speaking mode conversations and usage data
- Pronunciation history and feedback
- Learning progress, streaks, and achievements
- Subscription information and billing history
- All preferences and settings
Before you delete
- Cancel your subscription first: If you have a Pro subscription, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play Store to avoid further charges. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.
- Data cannot be recovered: Once deleted, your practice history, achievements, and progress are gone permanently.
How to delete your account
Option 1: From the mobile app
- Open the YouPractice app
- Go to Profile tab
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Request via email
Send an email to our support team requesting account deletion. Please include the email address associated with your YouPractice account.

Account deletion is processed immediately when done through the app. Email requests are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been removed.
